The Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) is a new product emerging from funding and accountability reforms.
The intention of the LSIP is to review and realign skills supply and demand in order to better meet the needs of local businesses.
In Greater Lincolnshire the LSIP has been led by the Federation of Small Business (FSB). Through interviews and discussions with businesses across the region the FSB have produced a report .
Emerging priorities from the report for our area include work readiness and essential skills, digitisation and good careers advice and guidance.
