This free event is a great chance to speak directly with Adult Training Providers, local employers, the DWP (Jobcentre Plus), and friendly advice and guidance officers. They’re all on hand to help you explore your options and grow your skills in a way that works for you.
You’ll discover a wide range of fully funded courses available to adults across Lincolnshire. These courses are designed to support both personal growth and career development, from practical training in areas like Warehousing, to wellbeing-focussed sessions such as Mindfulness and Meditation.
Not sure where to start? Don’t worry, our Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) Officers will be there to offer 1:1 support. They’ll help you understand your options and find a path that fits your goals and interests, whether that’s a new qualification, a different career, or building your confidence through learning.
Free refreshments will also be available, and there’s no pressure – just a friendly, welcoming space to explore what’s available to you.
Learning new skills as an adult can be life-changing. It opens doors to better job opportunities, builds confidence, and can even improve your wellbeing. This event is all about helping you grow in a way that’s right for you.
